Deep Dish Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

-3/4 c.unsifted flour
-1/3 c. each firmly packed brown sugar and granulated sugar
-1 c.cold margarine or butter,cut into small pieces
-1c. chopped nuts
-1 (16oz) can pumpkin(2c.)
-1 (14oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk9not evaporated milk)
-2 eggs
-1 tsp.cinnamon
-1/2 tsp. each allspice and salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.In medium bowl,combineflour and sugars;cut in margarine until crumbly.Stir in nuts.Reserving 1 c. crumb mixture,press remainder firmly on bottom and halfway up sides of 12×7″ baking dish. In large mixer bowl,combine remaining ingredients except reserved crumb mixture. mix well. Pour into prepared dish. Top with crumb mixture.Bake 55 min.or until golden. Cool. Good with vanilla ice cream topping. Refrigerate leftovers.
