Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

-12 eggs
-3 tablespoons mustard
-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
-salt & pepper, to taste
-Paprika, for garnish, optional

Preparation

Place eggs in a medium pot, cover with cold water and add one teaspoon of salt. Bring water to a boil for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool and peel.

Slice eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Into the bowl with the egg yolks, mix mayonnaise, honey mustard, salt and pepper. Spoon the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites. Top with paprika. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
