Kentucky Scramble (6 servings)
Ingredients
-9 eggs
-2 cups whole sweet corn –drained
-butter or bacon drippings
-salt
-pepper
Directions
Melt butter in a skillet. Add corn, heat until warm.
Mix eggs in a bowl, adding salt and pepper.
Pour eggs over the corn in the skillet and scramble with a fork.
Have a great breakfast!!!
