Stuffing Balls
Ingredients
-1 lb ground pork
-1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing
-3/4 cup cranberry sauce
-1 egg
-2 Tbsp melted butter
Discription
Preheat overn to 325. Cook pork in large skillet til no longer pink. Place in a larg bow. Add dry stuffing mix and mix well. Add 1 cup water and cranberry sauce and egg. Mix til well blended.
Shape mixture into balls. Place on foil-covered baking sheet; brush evenly with butter.
Bake 20 minutes.
