Sweet And Sour Meatballs

Ingredients

-1 lb. ground beef
-1 tsp. salt
-1 tsp. minced onions
-1/4 c. bread crumbs
-1 egg, slightly beaten
-1 can drained pineapple chunks

Directions

Mix ground beef, salt, onions, bread crumbs, egg, 1/3cup water and 1/2 can pineapple. Shape into small balls.

Sweet and Sour Sauce: In large skillet, mix 2/3 cupketchup, 2/3 cup cider vinegar and 1/3 cup brown sugar. Bringsweet and sour sauce to boil. Add meatballs and remainingpineapple chunks. Simmer, covered, 25 minutes. Serve inchafing dish.
